City Flower was founded by Jian LU in 1997 when he returned China from University of Texas at Austin with a master degree in mathematics. The business began as a compact trading office to distribute European fragrances. One desk plus one phone was all Jian had. </span></p><p><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">The two-decade learning and exploring journey is full of tears, laughter, ups and downs.
